Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item(s), you may return it within 7 days from the date received. The item(s) must be in new, unused and in original condition, including all packaging.Return shipping costs for anything, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item is sent, etc) are the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return with tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.All merchandise replacement or return requests need a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and it needs to be included on your return.
